ALT. Blanc de Blancs

Organically grown Chardonnay grapes (spain), organic sugar, carbon dioxide, sulfites.

Fresh acidity, elegant bubbles and hints of green apples, citrus and white flowers.

This goes just as well for food as for a party. Perfect as an aperitif, and preferably with fish, shellfish, salads, creamy soup, soft cheese and snacks.

ALT. Sparkling Rosé

Organically grown Tempranillo grapes (Spain), organic sugar, carbon dioxide, sulfites.

Fresh acidity, elegant bubbles and hints of strawberry, watermelon and herbs.

This goes just as well for food as for treats. Perfect as an aperitif, and preferably with chicken, charcuterie, salmon, quinoa, salads, pizza, soft cheese and snacks.

ALT. Orange Spritz

De-alcoholised wine, water, sugar, natural bitter orange flavouring, natural herbal extract, black carrot concentrate, safflower extract, citric acid, carbon dioxide, preservative (sulphites).

ALT. Orange Spritz is made from de-alcoholised wine and flavoured with real bitter orange, herbs, and spices. Lively and aromatic, with fresh acidity, fine bubbles, and a rounded bittersweet finish.

We’ve crafted it for the moments that deserve something extra, as an aperitif, for long lunches, in the afternoon sun, or simply whenever you want something truly delicious in your glass. Serve it over ice with a slice of orange, and enjoy it alongside olives, crispy chips, pizza, salads, grilled vegetables, or seafood.

How it’s made
WE SOURCE HIGH QUALITY ORGANIC GRAPES, WHICH ARE PRESSED AND FERMENTED IN STAINLESS STEEL VATS WITH A TRADITIONAL WINEMAKING PROCESS, BEFORE BEING DEALCOHOLIZED VIA VERY GENTLE METHODS.
THIS INCLUDES VACUUM DISTILLATION AT LOW TEMPERATURE & A PATENTED METHOD OF AROMA RECOVERY. THIS WAY, WE PRESERVE THE PROPERTIES OF THE WINE ONLY WITHOUT THE ALCOHOL.
Organic
We use only 100% certified organic grapes & organic sugar within our wines. It’s important to us that carEful consideration within farming practices are promoted to maintain healthy soils.
Low sugar
Our wines are considered low sugar and contain just <4 GRAMS per 100 ML. We’re able to achieve this by using vacuum distillation AND aroma recovery in our production process.
Pure and clean
We care about the importance of showcasing the natural flavors and characteristics of the grapes themselves, without the addition of artificial flavorings or unusual additives.
